At E Cleaning Solutions, the foundation of our success is built upon our quality control that utilizes several layers of quality checks. Supervisors are directly involved with each cleaning program, and job inspections are conducted at multiple levels beginning with the custodial staff that is required to inspect their own work after completion.
In addition, the following quality controls are applied:
1. Regular inspections by Area Supervisors.
2. Monthly Quality Assurance inspections by Operations Manager.
3. Random unscheduled inspections by senior management.

Our WHS Policy
E Cleaning Solutions recognizes the importance of a safer and healthier work environment for both our employees and yours. Our leadership is trained, focused and committed to creating and sustaining a recognized and lively Health and Safety.
We are dedicated to providing safe work practices for all of our employees through reminders, effective training and communication and ensuring that Health and Safety is an integral part of our daily activities, especially when our cleaners are deployed at their respective work and job sites.
E Cleaning Solutions health and safety objective is to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately to achieve an accident-free workplace.All employees will be provided with such equipment, information, training and supervision as is necessary to implement the policy and achieve the stated objective.
The management of E Cleaning Solutions recognise and accept their duty to protect the health and safety of all visitors to the premises, including contractors and temporary workers, as well as any members of the public who might be affected by their work.
While the management of E Cleaning Solutions will do all that is within their power to ensure the health and safety of its employees, it is recognised that health and safety at work is the responsibility of each and every individual associated with the office. It is the duty of each employee to take reasonable care of their own and other people’s welfare and to report any situation which may pose a threat to the well being of any other person.
The management of E Cleaning Solutions will provide every employee with the necessary and basic training necessary to carry out their tasks safely. However if an employee is unsure how to perform a certain task or feels it would be dangerous to perform a specific job then it is the employee’s duty to report this to their immediate supervisor. An effective health and safety programme requires continuous communication between workers at all levels. It is therefore every worker’s responsibility to report immediately any situation which could jeopardise the well being of themselves or any other person.
The objectives of the E Cleaning Solutions Health & Safety policies are:
1. To ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained in a safe condition.
2. To ensure that the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and agents is without risk to health and safety.
3. To ensure that all staff receive the necessary information and training in all personal protective equipment.
All injuries, however small, sustained by a person at work must be reported to the Supervisor or a delegated representative. Accident records are crucial to the effective monitoring and revision of the policy and must therefore be accurate and comprehensive.
E Cleaning Solutions health and safety policy will be continually monitored and updated, particularly when changes in the scale and nature of their operations occur.
Where a significant risk exists, the services of outside WSH consultants are called upon to provide detailed technical advice to ensure that safe working practices are adopted in all operations.
Our Cleaning Business Licenses
With the Environmental Public Health (EPH) Amendment Bill which came into force in April 2014, all Singapore active and general cleaning businesses must be licensed after 1 September 2014.
The new licensing regime will level the playing field by imposing higher standards of employment across the cleaning industry and lead to more professional and reliable services.
As a responsible, reputable and proven Cleaning Business company, E Cleaning Solutions conform to the regulatory requirements such as:
1) ACRA Registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) as an active and well-funded Limited Partnership.
2) Track Records. ECS has the proper documentation where services, along with its cleaning commendations, activities and employment are documentated, stored and filed accordingly.
3) Trained Cleaning Workforce. All of ECS Cleaners, including Supervisors are trained and certified under the Environment Cleaning WSQ Framework as dicated by WDA The Workforce Development Authority of Singapore.
4) Progressive Wage Plan. Subject to renewal of cleaning services and market forces, Both part-time and full-time ECS Residential Cleaners are employed gainfully with their wages conforming to the levels as specified and required by the Commissioner for Labour with MOM Ministry of Manpower, and the Tripartite Cluster for Cleaners (TCC).

Note: It is an offence under Singapore Law to engage unlicensed cleaning business or engaging in such activities. Service buyers found engaging unlicensed cleaning businesses will be liable to a maximum fine of $10,000 and $1,000 every day for continuing offences.
Penalities under the Licensing Regime
Cleaning businesses found operating without a valid licence
Maximum fine of $10,000 or up to 12 months imprisonment or both and $1,000 every day for continuing offences
Service buyers who engage unlicensed cleaning businesses
Maximum fine of $10,000 and $1,000 every day for continuing offences
Maximum fine of $5,000. For subsequent convictions, maximum fine of $10,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or both
Failure to comply with licensing conditions
Maximum financial penalty of $5,000. Cleaning business licence may be suspended or revoked
